Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused.

• It must be in original condition.

• Tags must still be attached.

• The item must be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.

Returns

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit for the value of the item (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Fragrances and lotions

• Sale or discounted items

• Final sale items

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us within the allowed timeframe and include:

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for exchange

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
